
Maria Meng-Papantoni
Professor of European Business Law
Professor Maria Meng-Papantoni is Professor of European Business Law at Panteion University and Visiting Professor at the LL.M. in European and International Law of the Europa-Institut, Saarland University, Germany. She obtained her law degree from the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens and holds both a postgraduate degree and a PhD from the University Panthéon-Assas (Paris II).
Her research and teaching focus on European Business Law, European Economic Law and Energy Law. She has been a Visiting Researcher and Fellow at Georgetown University and has delivered lectures at several international universities. In addition to her academic work, she is Director of the European Center of Economic and Criminal Law (ECECRIL), participates in legislative and scientific committees, and is a member of numerous national and international academic associations.
